Admin Actions

Configure a Broadcast Message to be sent to AI Incident Assistant users via a chat tool or email. You can send broadcast messages via Direct Message, Channel Message, or Email.

Broadcast messages are helpful when there is a AI Incident Assistant-related update, such as configuration changes, that should be communicated to either all users or a specific subset of users.

Broadcast Messages are configured in the Configuration > Admin Actions section.
